Descriptions of Duties:

PIPAC is seeking self-motivated and results oriented Executive Assistant located in Cedar Falls, IA.   


  • The Executive Assistant’s primary role is to provide high level administrative support to the President/CEO.
  • Some Travel required.
  • Plan and coordinate all continuing education course requirements and travel arrangements.
  • Handle highly confidential matters.

We are growing and have a significant role to play in the organization.   We need team members with a great attitude, are well organized and ready to join a hard working, fast paced team.   Realistically, the job is 40 plus hours per week, with occasional travel.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred plus at least 2 years administrative support experience.
  • Experience planning and coordinating events.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Power Point.
